Agreement to terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement with LogisBridge ("we", "us"). Specific project terms — scope, timeline, and pricing — are agreed separately in a signed statement of work before any billable work begins. Have this document reviewed by counsel before publishing.
Services
We provide automation, workflow, and custom software development services as scoped in a signed statement of work. The Free Ops Audit is a no-obligation discovery conversation and does not itself constitute a service agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in a statement of work, deliverables built specifically for a client become that client's property upon full payment. Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks we bring to a project remain our property and are licensed for the client's use.
Confidentiality
We treat information shared during an audit or engagement as confidential, and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any discovery call.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogisBridgeis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or of delivered services, beyond what is agreed in the applicable statement of work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
